Viaggio Elegant Rooms - Chania (Crete)

The local artisan products used in the amenities added a unique touch to our stay, making it feel personalized and special.

Carrying our luggage up two flights of narrow, winding stairs was quite the challenge and could be tough for those with heavy bags.

The room was elegant with a safe box, a mini bar and a sofa bed.

Gorgeous building and rooms with exquisite decoration. Location right by the harbour where all restaurants, bars and shops are located and many restaurant.

I appreciated my stay at this ideal hotel, well-appointed rooms. The venue had an unbeatable location right by Chania Town. The restaurant was good, and the staff affable and excellent. My stay here was PERFECT 10/10.

Loved the design and interior of the hotel. Katerina was charming, providing fantastic recommendations for local eateries and sites. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Chania, offering easy access to restaurants and shops. Absolutely enjoyed the peaceful ambiance at night, ensuring undisturbed sleep. The room had a lovely view over the city street with a nice patio area. Daily cleanliness was excellent, and the amenities. The shower was quite temperamental, fluctuating from scalding hot to freezing cold at times. Mentioned it to Katerina, who seemed surprised but it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment. Would definitely stay here again!

Viaggio Elegant Rooms is beautifully situated in the heart of Chania. The only downside was carrying luggage up narrow stairs.

Comfortable Beautiful Suite with good space for relaxation. Excellent cleanliness throughout the room.

Shower had inconsistent temperature, swinging from scalding hot to ice cold during use. Old city nearby felt overly touristic, which wasn't a factor of the hotel itself.

The room was fine, but the stairs were exhausting with heavy bags.

The old building's quirks, like the awkward stair layout, could frustrate anyone, especially after a long travel day!!! Better communication about these challenges would be appreciated!!!

We had an lovely four-night stay! The breakfast treats were amazing, and Katerina's tips for local bars were spot-on. Only downside was the inconsistent shower temperature.

great stay but not without issues

Our host Katerina was helpful, providing us with local dining suggestions that turned out to be excellent. The view from our room was quite nice, overlooking the lively city street filled with dining options. The room was well-equipped, and we especially appreciated the lovely patio area with sun beds, perfect for relaxation.

The shower temperature was inconsistent, which became frustrating.

Amazing stay in a prime location

The owners, Panagiotis and Katerina, went out of their way to help us book tours and suggested some fab local restaurants. The outdoor area was perfect for sipping coffee in the sun. Just a heads up, the stairs can be a bit tough with heavy luggage. Can't wait to return!
